御鼎香脆皮烤鴨在台北算是小有名氣. 愛吃烤鴨的我們決定去試試, 和其它的脆皮烤鴨較量一番. 御鼎香烤鴨, 鴨肉柔嫩飽滿多汁, 脆皮的部分口感爽脆, 沒有多餘的脂肪殘留, 很美味. 可惜御鼎香其他的菜餚只屬一般, 還需要加強. 烤鴨二吃$990, 也可加選三或四吃(各加價$200). 我門這回選了銀芽炒鴨肉絲與酸白菜鴨骨湯. This Taiwanese style Peking duck restaurant holds its fame for several years. I highly recommend their duck as the meat tasted tender and juicy. Duck skin was crispy and aromatic. $990 will get you 2 dishes, or you can top it up to 3 or 4 duck dishes by paying $200 extra each. We ordered stir fried bean sprouts with duck slices and sour cabbage with duck soup to complete our 3 duck dishes.
