位於中和的祥鈺港式茶樓沒有華麗的裝潢, 餐具還有些斑駁, 但是味道真的十分道地. 喜歡港式飲茶的朋友有空去試試吧! 老闆娘介紹他們的點心都是師傅天天現做, 用餐當天有看到幾位師傅忙碌的進進出出, 是一間十分有生氣的茶樓. 蘿蔔糕 - 港式的蘿蔔糕會加入臘腸塊, 還吃得到蘿蔔絲, 煎的酥酥的, 每桌必點歐. 老闆娘說農曆年期間還可以大塊盒裝供客人購買. Radish Cake - crispy skin with strong aroma of radish and sliced sausages, our top pick of the day!

叉燒酥 - 現烤的叉燒酥外酥內軟, 黃色的酥皮有淡淡的蛋黃香味, 非常好吃. BBQ Pork Pastry - I am a big fan of BBQ Pork Pastry...it has met all my requirements - crispy skin, tender filling and aromatic smell.

蝦腸粉 - 新鮮的蝦配上軟硬適中的腸粉皮, 非常好吃. Prawn Cheong Fun - very fresh prawns....big thumbs up!

鮮竹卷 - 腐皮包入餡料包括蝦仁, 豬肉、冬菇、竹筍等等, 炸得酥酥脆脆, 非常好吃. Deep Fried Soybean Sheet Rolls - fillings include prawns, pork, mushrooms and bamboo shoots. It was very crispy and tasty.

蒸排骨 - 在水準之上的蒸排骨, 不過排骨縮水, 份量不足. Steamed Pork Ribs - the flavour was above norm. Pity that the portion was tiny.

牛肉丸 - 鮮甜的牛肉加上淡淡的柑橘味, 大碗公是牛肉丸的愛好者, 對它讚賞有加. Beef Balls - sweet and tender beef balls with light flavour of orange zast.

牛肉燴飯 - 肉很嫩, 加了老抽的醬汁雖黑, 不過味道頗淡, 下次不會點它了. Stirred Fried Beef with Rice - the beef was tender but the overall taste was too bland.

蝦餃 - 皮過厚過硬, 小敗筆. 最愛蝦餃的麵Q只吃了一個就不吃了(平時碰到好吃的蝦餃, 麵Q的最高紀錄是8個). Har Gow (Prawn Dumpling) - pity that the skin was took thick and hard.
