位於文湖線上, 捷運麟光站的和記燒餅沒有華麗的裝潢, 堅持的是手工的美味. 主打的厚燒餅, 甜以及鹹的酥餅都帶有濃濃的炭香, 餅上滿滿的白芝麻, 香味直撲腦門. 和記燒餅厲害的是它的傳統好味道. 老闆不疾不徐的用炭烤着一個個的手工燒餅/酥餅, 若烤焦了, 他眉頭皺也不皺就把它淘汰. 老闆的堅持, 造就了絡繹不絕的死忠食客. 值得一提的是它的豆漿, 自家煮的豆漿已經很少見了, 在和記還可以喝到淡淡的黃豆焦香味, 十分值得嘉許. This traditional Chinese bakery is literally next to Linguang MRT station. No fency deco, just old fashioned yet tasty traditional Chinese pastries that has won many people's hearts.
