築地鮮魚從新竹市發跡, 今年起在台北東區的延吉街巷內開起分店, 沒有華麗的裝潢, 只有新鮮的食材. 特色就是它的生魚片蓋飯. 料多且價格親民. 如果想吃新鮮的生魚片又想對銀行戶頭有交待, 來築地鮮魚是好選擇.
I love Japanese food especially sashimi and sushi. Found this place - simple and fresh every time I visit. Defenitely value for money! They are well known for Sashimi Donburi (raw fish/seafood on top of rice in a bowl) though have extended their menu to suit others needs.
Menu 如下. 除了生魚片, 還有許多熟食可選. 烤物也在水準之上. 推薦烤鯖魚, 好甜ㄝ

先送上味增湯, 用鮭魚骨熬的. 相當鮮甜, 而且可以續碗!
Miso soup was the first to arrive. Drink as much as you like as it is free of charge.
Appetizer courtesy from the Chef - tofu with sesame salad dressing. Strong aroma of sesame that covered the smell of tofu completly.
招待的小菜 - 豆腐佐芝麻醬. 香香濃濃芝麻, 味道撲鼻
鮭魚親子丼 - 鮭魚卵好好吃, 下次要單點鮭魚卵丼. 可以吃個過癮. 配菜有牛蒡絲, 海帶芽及散蛋.
Salmon and Salmon Roe Donburi - fresh, fresh n fresh!!
Sah 點了極品三色丼, 有鮭魚肚, 干貝和生蝦. 若不敢吃生的蝦頭, 店家還會把它烤熟. 烤過的蝦頭很鮮甜歐!
Sah's order came with salmon belly, scallop and prawns. It has been one of the top orders in the restaurant to date. If you are not keen on raw prawn's heads, the Chef would be happy to grill them as requested.
接著店家又招待了烤鮭魚肚. 和吃生的toro一樣, 一入口, 魚肉就化了. 沾上胡椒鹽化解了油膩感. 加分加分
Another courtesy frm the Chef - grilled salmon belly. It tasted just like toro sashimi that it melted in your month just in a blink. The salt and pepper on the side was a plus.
