十月份來了趟曼谷, 好友蘋果小姐招待我們到四面佛旁, Grand Hyatt Hotel 二樓的 Erawan Tea Room 用晚餐. 餐廳的氣氛很好, 現點現料理的泰國菜一一出現在厚厚的menu讓食客吃到飽. 而且非常的好吃. 讓我有相見恨晚的感覺.

A good friend of ours treated us to Erawan Tea Room (2nd floor in Grand Hyatt Hotel Bangkok) during our visit in October. You can find all the signature Thai dishes in this restaurant. All dishes are freshly cooked when ordered. As it is all you can eat, all dishes are served in small portion nicely presented. I was so regret that I didn't know this place in my earlier visits to Bangkok. Besides excellent Thai cuisine, nice deco with friendly staff also made this restaurant an enjoyable experience.

 Fried Chicken in Spicy Sauce - 醬汁十分香, 只有微微的辣椒味. 雞肉處理的很鮮嫩.  Tender fried chicken with slightly spicy taste.

泰式炒河粉 -  廚師的廚藝很不簡單. 能夠將一道到處都吃得到的國民料理煮的如此美味！

Pad Thai - I admire the culinary skill of the chefs. A simply dish but tasted so great! 

泰式牛肉河粉 - 超級喜歡泰式牛肉河粉的我每到泰國總會到處尋找 (連路邊攤也不錯過),  Erawan Tea Room的河粉算是名列前茅.

Thai Beef Noodle - I always keep my eyes out on Thai beef noodles whenever I visit Thailand. This one at Erawan Tea Room is one of the best I have tasted. 

鴨肉紅咖喱 - 非常好吃的一道菜. 新鮮蔬菜配上鮮嫩的鴨肉. 泰國菜真是太美味了！

Red Duck Curry - so delicious! The curry had strong aroma with fresh vegatables. Duck was very tender that didn't taste like the normal duck meat. 

炸肉球 - 不油膩, 肉球多汁甜美.

Deep Fried Meat Balls - not too oily. Very tender and juicy.  

泰式奶茶冰淇淋 - 是當晚甜點中的第一名. 濃濃的茶葉香加上不會過甜的口感, 可以吃很多歐！

Thai Milk Tea Ice-Cream was my favourite among the favourites. Not too sweet with strong tea leaves aroma. 

芒果與糯米 - 說到泰式甜點, 大家想到的非它莫屬吧！ 以前常在新加坡吃, 但是地道的口味跟香氣還是要來泰國才算特優.

Mango Sticky Rice - High quality of mango with lightly salted sticky rice. Wonderful combination!

 炸香蕉佐香草冰淇淋 - 新鮮的食材, 好吃！

Fried Banana with Vanilla Ice-Cream euqal fresh and good quality ingredients!  

巧克力布朗尼 - 溫溫的吃, 超棒！ 雖不是泰式甜點, 廚師工夫一流. 好吃. 

Warm Chocolate Brownie - not a traditional Thai sweets, but big thumb up to the Chef.

Forgotten what it was called. Cocunut milk with taro cubes, green jelly and crashed ice.  It had a bit of sweet and salty taste.  

 美麗的錫製茶壺 - Beautiful pewter tea pot. 

將來再來曼谷時, 除了要再來品嘗晚餐, 一定要試試這兒的下午茶, 相信一定也是水準之上.

We will defenitely be back when we visit Bangkok. Planning to try their Afternoon Tea menu in our next visit.
