Three Blue Ducks 可是大有來頭 - 榮獲澳洲最大報社頒發的Best Food Cafe 2012 以及 Good Food Guide One Hat award 2012 兩項大獎. 難得回到雪梨一定要到這兒朝聖. 位於Bronte, 旁邊可見海灘, 還離世界聞名的Bondi Beach只有五分鐘車程. 在週二早上決定來 Three Blue Ducks 看看它到底有多厲害. 哈哈. 抵達時約早上9點, 兩家店面差不多坐滿了, counter旁站了不少等待 coffee take away 的食客. Three Blue Ducks won itself two outstanding awards from The Sydney Morning Herald in 2012 - Best Food Cafe 2012 以及 Good Food Guide One Hat award 2012. Based in Bronte (near Bondi Beach) which is also a stone throw from Bronte Beach. I was so excited to visit this place on a Tuesday sunny morning. It was almost full when we arrived at 9am. Lots of people waiting for their coffee to go as well. Scrambled eggs with black sausages, dill cucumber yoghurt salad and red current jam - 美好的早餐組合有碎蛋, 黑香腸, 小黃瓜優格沙拉及黑醋栗果醬. 尤其黑香腸深受麵Q喜愛.

Scrambled eggs - 感謝後院有機雞園的母雞媽媽, 這scramble eggs真好吃啊! 飯帥非常喜歡. Soft and buttery organic scrambled eggs. Thanks to the hens at the backyard of the Cafe.

Avocado toast with herb salad and oven roasted tomatoes - Avocado (牛油果)是我離開澳洲多年以來, 一直想念的美食. 濃濃香氣的avocado除了直接吃外, 作成avocado milkshake也超好喝! 它高纖並含有豐富的維他命B及E. 新鮮的蕃茄微微的煎過, 增添蕃茄的甜味. 我吃了一口蕃茄後, 驚訝的說' 蕃茄怎麼這麼甜!' 香草basil (羅勒, 又稱九層塔) 從餐廳後的香草花園現摘現食, basil 的香味十分濃烈. 搭配烤的脆脆的麵包, 口感非常好. Avocado got to be one of the things that I missed about Australia since I left. Love it by its own. Avacado milkshake also wins my vote. Lightly grilled tomatoes were the sweetest I have tasted for years. Great combination with fresh basil (again from the organic garden right behind the Cafe) and oilve oil. Crusty toasted sourdough bread was so tasty just by its own.

Brownie - 濃郁的苦巧克力作成扎實的chocolate brownie, 超級好吃. Dark Chocoate brownie was smooth in texture and rich in flavour. Excellent! 

Cafe Latte - 好~~~好喝! Nice latte - no wonder it won its fame from SMH's Good Food Guide.

Chocolate Smoothie - 澳洲的鮮奶真好喝啊! 早上喝chocolate smoothie, 麵Q超級開心. 還可以客制化. 我請waitress少加ice-cream, 多加牛奶, 她一口就答應.  What a lovely start of the day with fresh milk, vanilla ice-cream and chocolate sauce! Not too sweet, not too heavy.

Three Blue Ducks 早午晚餐都有營業, 到了晚上搖身一變, 成了bar.

櫃檯前面的pastry and cake counter. 全部都是Three Blue Ducks的pastry chef做的歐. 看來真好吃, 可惜不能每一個都嚐嚐. The pastry and cake counter - all handmade inhouse! Pity that I couldn't taste every single one.

兩家店面中的通道往後走就是小菜園及有機雞園. Little alley leads to the organic farm and of course - the hard working hens.

Three Blue Ducks 的食物好吃, 咖啡也好好喝, 在美食多元化又競爭激烈的澳洲雪梨, 能夠一口氣得到二個獎項, 真的是實至名歸. Great food and great coffee - no wonder Three Blue Ducks has won 2 awards from SMH in 2012.
